How do I generate a QR code?

Steps to generate a QR code:

  1. From the homepage, select the type of QR code you want to generate (e.g. URL, vCard, Landing Page).
  2. Enter the required data (e.g., paste the website link).
  3. Choose between "Static QR" or "Dynamic QR" if the option allows it. We recommend Dynamic for most uses.
  4. Click the "Generate QR code" button.
  5. Scroll down to Step 2 to customize the design and download your QR Code.

If you made a dynamic QR code, the QR code is saved on your account.

  1. Navigate and click the "My Account" dropdown on the upper right of the homepage.
  2. Click the type of QR code that was generated (e.g. URL, vCard, Landing Page, Bulk).
  3. On the next page, you will see all the QR codes you have created.

Who can do this?

This action is available for users with Editor and Admin/Owner roles on plans that support multiple users.

Troubleshooting:

  • "Nothing happens after I click 'Generate GR code'."
    • To troubleshoot:
      • Make sure you scroll down to Step 2 to see your QR code and proceed with editing the design and downloading your QR code. If still, nothing happens, contact our customer support.
      • Make sure you have active internet connection.
