Where do I find my QR codes that I created?
The location of your QR codes depends on whether you created a Static or a Dynamic QR code.
Static QR Codes
Static QR codes are not stored in your QRTIGER account dashboard. When you create a static QR code, the image file (as a PNG or SVG) is generated and downloaded directly to your computer or device.
It is important to save this downloaded file, as the platform does not keep a copy for you.
Dynamic QR Codes
All dynamic QR codes are automatically saved to your QR TIGER account, allowing you to edit, track, and manage them. To find your saved QR codes, follow these steps:
- Log in to your QR TIGER account.
- From the homepage, click on "My Account" in the upper-right corner.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select the category of the QR code you are looking for (e.g., URL, vCard, File).
- You will be taken to a page listing all the QR codes you have created in that specific category.
