How can I email vCard details to their owners directly from my QR TIGER account?

The “Send vCard Email” feature lets you manually send vCard details—like the QR code and direct link—to each vCard owner without doing it one by one.


How to use it:

  1. Log in to your QR TIGER account. Click on "My Account" on the top-right.
  2. From the dropdown, choose vCard.
  3. Find the specific vCard QR codes you want to send an email to.
  4. Select one or more vCards by checking the boxes beside them.
  5. The “Send vCard Email” button will appear at the top.
  6. Click it to automatically send an email to each vCard owner (the email address listed inside each vCard).
  7. The email includes the vCard link and QR code for easy sharing.

Who can use this feature:

  • Available for Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Access limited to Super Admins/Owner and Admins.

Tip:

If the button doesn’t appear, make sure you’ve selected at least one vCard and your account has the right access level.
