How do I update or correct the destination or information of a single QR code?
If you need to change the destination URL, put a customized label on your QR code, or correct a typo in a single dynamic QR code, you can edit it directly from your dashboard without having to create a new one. This is one of the key benefits of using dynamic QR codes.
- Login to your QR Tiger account.
- From the homepage, click on "My Account" dropdown on the upper right.
- Click on the type of QR code you want to edit (e.g. URL, vCard, Landing Page, Bulk, etc.). Or choose the type of QR code from the left navigation panel from your "Dashboard".
- Find the QR code you want to update.
- Click the "Edit" button located to the right of the QR code's details.
- A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to change the destination information (e.g., edit the URL, update vCard details, change the file, etc.).
- After making your changes, click "Save". The QR code will now redirect to the new information, even if it has already been printed.
This feature is available to Advanced plans and up.
Who can do this? This action is available for Editor (on their own QR codes) and Admin/Owner roles on plans that support multiple users.
