How do I delete or restore a QR code?
To Delete:
- Log in to your QR Tiger account.
- Click on the "My Account" dropdown on the top-right of the homepage.
- Click on the type of your QR code (e.g. URL, vCard, Landing Page, etc.). Click the "Delete" button next to the QR code you want to remove.
- Confirm your choice. The QR code will be moved to the Trash.
To Restore or Retrieve a deleted QR code:
- Log in to your QR Tiger account.
- Click on the "My Account" dropdown on the top-right of the homepage.
- Click the "Dashboard".
- Click "Trash" page from the left-hand menu of your dashboard.
- Find the QR code and click the "Restore" button.
To Permanently Delete:
- Log in to your QR Tiger account.
- Click on the "My Account" dropdown on the top-right of the homepage.
- Click the "Dashboard".
- Click "Trash" page from the left-hand menu of your dashboard.
- Click the trash can icon next to the restore button. Important: This action cannot be undone.
Select Multiple QR Codes to do Actions in Batches
- In the list of your QR codes, you will see a checkbox to the left of each one.
- Click the checkbox for each QR code you want to manage. A checkmark will appear to show it has been selected.
- Once you have selected at least one QR code, action buttons (i.e. Delete, Restore) will appear at the top of the list.
Who can do this?
This action is available for Editor (on their own QR codes) and Admin/Owner roles on plans that support multiple users.
