How can I transfer or change the owner of my QR codes to another account?

If you want to move your QR codes to another account, QR TIGER makes it easy with the “Change QR Code Owner” feature.


Here’s how it works:

  1. Log in to your QR TIGER account. Click on "My Account" on the top-right.
  2. From the dropdown, choose the type of QR code.
  3. Find the specific QR codes you want to transfer ownership. You’ll see a checkbox beside each QR code.
  4. Select the QR codes you want to transfer by checking the boxes.
  5. Click the “Change Owner” button that appears at the top of the list.
  6. Enter the email address of the account you want to transfer the QR codes to.
    • Make sure that the person already has an active QR TIGER account.
    • If not, you’ll see an error message and the transfer won’t go through.
  7. Confirm the transfer. Once done, the QR codes will appear under the other account, within the allowed QR code limit.

For plans with multiple user access

If your plan includes multiple user access, only the Admin, Super Admin, or Editor can transfer a single QR code. These roles have full control over that QR code after the transfer.

This is useful when you need to assign QR codes to team members for management or tracking.


Tip: Double-check the recipient’s email before confirming the transfer. Once the ownership is changed, the new owner will have full control of the QR code’s settings and data.
