How do I add multiple team members at once (in bulk)?

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click the "Add bulk team member" button.
  3. In the pop-up window, you can either:
    • Enter Manually: Fill in the fields for Email, Password, Name, and User Type, then click the plus (+) icon to add another row for the next user.
    • Upload a CSV: Click the upload button to select a CSV file from your computer. The file must contain the following columns: Email, Password, Name, User Type.
  4. Once all users are added, click "Save".

Who can do this?

This action is available for Admin/Owner roles only on plans that support multiple users, such as Professional and Enterprise plans.
