Configure Microsoft Azure Active Directory as a SAML identity provider in QR TIGER

  1. Log in to the Azure Portal. Search for and select "Active Directory."

  1. Navigate to "Enterprise Applications"

  1. click "New Application"

  1. Create your own application.

  1. Input the name of your application and select "Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery"

  1. After creation, go to the overview page and select "Set up Single Sign-On."

  1. Choose the "SAML" method.

  1. Enter the following SAML configuration:
Identifier (Entity ID): https://qrcode-tiger.com"
Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL): https://qrtiger.com/users/sso/saml

  1. Download the Federation Metadata XML.

  1. Add users or groups to your QR TIGER application.


Configure SSO in QR TIGER:


  1. Copy the contents of the downloaded Federation Metadata XML.

  1. In QR TIGER, go to "Settings," select the "SSO" tab, and paste your metadata.

  1. Click "Enable SSO." Test the SSO login with a user added in the Azure dashboard.

Remember to also add your team in the QR TIGER dashboard. Go to Settings > Team and add another team member if needed.

How to Login via SAML SSO in QR TIGER


  1. Visit the login page and select "Continue with SSO."


  1. Enter your Microsoft email address.

  1. If set up correctly, you'll proceed with logging in through your Microsoft account.
