How do I find the unique ID for my QR code?

Every dynamic QR code you create has a unique ID, which can be useful for identification, especially when contacting customer support.

You can find this ID in two simple ways:


Method 1: From the QR Code's Short URL

The QR ID is the last set of characters in the short URL assigned to your dynamic QR code.

For example, if your QR code's link is https://qr1.be/ABCD , your unique QR ID is ABCD.


Method 2: Find the URL in Your Account

You can find the full short URL for any of your dynamic QR codes directly within your account.

  1. Log in to your QR TIGER account.
  2. Click "My Account" in the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. From the dropdown menu, choose the category of the QR code you are looking for (e.g., URL, vCard, File).
  4. On the next page, find your QR code in the list. The full short URL, which contains the ID at the end, will be displayed in the same row.

  5. The QR ID is the last set of characters in the short URL assigned to your dynamic QR code.

    For example, if your QR code's link is https://qr1.be/ABCD , your unique QR ID is ABCD.
