What should I do if the website isn't loading or a page is stuck?
If you're having trouble accessing the QR Tiger website or a specific page/step seems stuck, it's very rarely an issue with our site being down. These problems are almost always caused by a local browser or network issue that can be fixed with a few simple steps.
Please follow this troubleshooting guide to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting
Before changing any browser settings, please try these basic steps first. These solve the majority of loading issues.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Your browser stores old data that can sometimes cause conflicts. Clearing your cache and cookies gives you a fresh start.
- Update Your Browser: Make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari). An outdated browser can cause performance problems.
- Check Your Internet Connection: Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or use your phone's mobile data to see if the issue is with your current network.
- Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy service, try turning it off temporarily, as it can sometimes interfere with how websites load.
- Use incognito or a private tab to visit the website
- Use our recommended browsers: Chrome or Safari
If the page still isn't loading after trying all of these steps, proceed to the next section.
